Paradhi Awas Yojana (Rural)

Department – Tribal Development Department , Government of Maharashtra
Objective – Gharkul scheme for the Paradhi community in rural areas of the state.
Features – Minimum 269 sq. ft. of floor area of the house is expected to be constructed with kitchen and toilet.
Beneficiary Selection – Final selection by the District Level Committee from the beneficiary list recommended by the Gram Sabha.
 100% State Sponsored Scheme
 Rs. 1.20 lakh per beneficiary in general area and Rs. 1.30 lakh per beneficiary in Naxal affected/hilly areas
 90/95 unskilled man-days of wages under MGNREGA
 Rs.12,000/- subsidy for toilets under Swachh Bharat Mission (Rural) ( if eligible)
