To provide financial assistance for the purchase of land for beneficiaries who have been approved for housing under the Central and State sponsored rural housing schemes ( but not for landless beneficiaries for housing construction ) .
Features – Minimum 500 sq. ft. of space is provided for the house.
Beneficiary selection – with the approval of the taluka level committee
 100% State Sponsored Scheme.
 Financial assistance of up to Rs . 1,00,000 /- for purchase of land up to a minimum of 500 sq . ft. per beneficiary . ( The amount is lower between the government price or the actual land purchase price.)
