Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Awas Yojana (Rural)

Department – Other Backward Classes Welfare Department , Government of Maharashtra
Purpose – Housing Scheme for Nomadic Tribes – C ( NT-C ) in rural areas of the state
Features – Construction of the house with a minimum of 269 sq. ft. carpet area including kitchen and toilet.
Beneficiary Selection – Final selection by the district level committee from the beneficiary list recommended by the Gram Sabha.
 100% State Sponsored Scheme.
 Rs. 1.20 lakh per beneficiary in general area and Rs. 1.30 lakh per beneficiary in Naxal affected/hilly areas
 90/95 unskilled man-days of wages under MGNREGA
 Rs.12,000/- subsidy for toilets under Swachh Bharat Mission (Rural) ( if eligible)
