Ramai Awas Yojana (Rural)

Objective – Gharkul scheme for Scheduled Castes ( SC) and Nav-Buddhist communities in rural areas of the state
Features – Construction of the house with a minimum of 269 sq. ft. carpet area including kitchen and toilet.
Beneficiary Selection – Final selection by the district level committee from the beneficiary list recommended by the Gram Sabha.
 100% State Sponsored Scheme.
 Rs. 1.20 lakh in general area and Rs. 1.30 lakh per beneficiary in Naxal affected/hilly areas
 90/95 unskilled man-days of wages under MGNREGA
 Rs.12,000 /- subsidy for toilets under Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin )
