    Various schemes and activities implemented by the Department of Women and Child Development –
    • Vocational and technical training for women and girls.
    •   Distribution of bicycles to school going girls from class 5th to 12th
    • Counselling centre for women.
    • Supplementary feeding for malnourished children.
    • Providing materials to the Anganwadi Centers
    • To impart training to 12th pass girls (MS-CIT).
    • Subsidy for flour mill and wet dry masala machine to general category women in rural areas.

    Giving awards to ideal Anganwadi / Balwadi workers / helpers / supervisors.
    Form of Scheme / Information:

    Anganwadi worker helpers / supervisors are awarded with model awards for their excellent work.

    Conditions and eligibility for participation in the scheme:

    1) Anganwadi workers / helpers / supervisors who have been successful in keeping the number       of supplementary nutrition, medium, acute, low weight children in the Anganwadi centre to a minimum can participate in the scheme.
    2) The workers who have achieved 100% success in health check-up, pregnancy registration rate,  child marriage, infant mortality and infant mortality are eligible for the benefit.

    3) Complete the department, size, implementation of the curriculum in the Anganwadi. Anganwadi workers / helpers / supervisors who have implemented innovative schemes through  public participation can participate in this scheme.
    4) From each project, the names of three Anganwadi workers and three helpers are decided at the project level in order of merit and submitted to the GP, which is approved by the Women and Child Welfare Committee.

    5) Out of the proposals received at the GP level, three supervisors are approved in the Women and Child Welfare Committee for the model award.
    6) Eligible Anganwadi workers / helpers will be given Rs. 5000 / – and Rs. The first prize is Rs 4000 and the second prize is Rs 3000.
    7) Supervisors are awarded with shields and certificates.

    Grant for computer training to girl students from class 7th to 12th.
    Format of the scheme:

    The objective of the scheme is to provide computer knowledge to girls who have passed class 7th to 12th.
    Terms and conditions and eligibility for participation in the scheme:

    1) In case the beneficiaries have not taken the benefit of this scheme before, the Gram Sevak’s

    certificate or self-declaration is required

    2) Girls who have passed the computer examination in the last financial year can be given the benefit under this scheme.

    3) A self-declaration form of the beneficiary is required in case no person from the beneficiary family is in government / semi-government service.
    4) Must have passed class 7th to 12th. Under this scheme,

    5) MSCIT is Rs.3000 / -, CCC / Tally is Rs.2500 / – and GCC / TBC is Rs. 4000 / – is paid to the beneficiaries through DBT.
    6) The beneficiaries are selected by the Women and Child Welfare Committee.

    Counselling centre for women
    Form of Scheme / Information:

    Women will be provided assistance and legal guidance to solve their family, legal, social problems. Counselling will also be conducted in appropriate cases. (Domestic violence, domestic violence, domestic violence, domestic violence, domestic violence, domestic violence, domestic violence, etc.)

    Under this scheme, a counsellor is appointed in every community centre. Their salaries are paid from the GP Self-Fund.

    To provide subsidy for purchase of bicycles to girls studying in 5th to 12th standard in rural areas.

    • The beneficiary should be studying from class 5th to 12th.
    • The distance between the girl’s school and her village should be at least 2 km or 1 km. I should be more than.
    • If the applicant is below the poverty line, the certificate given by the Gram Sevak should be attached to the proposal.
    • A school principal must be present at the school.
    • The beneficiary’s self-declaration is required if the beneficiary has not taken advantage of this scheme before.
    • Self-declaration will be required in case the family member of the beneficiary is not in government / semi-government service.
    • The beneficiary should buy a bicycle according to the specifications set by the District Council.

    To provide flour mill subsidy to women belonging to general category and scheduled castes in rural areas.
    1 Applicants must provide proof of age from a medical practitioner or school leaving

    certificate.
    2 If the applicant is a member of a family below the female poverty line, the proof given

    by the Gramsevak is required.
    3 The applicant woman Dr. Re. Nesales Tahsildar / Talathi paid Rs. Proof of income up to Rs 1,20,000 / -. / Report
    4 Resident certificate or self-declaration form issued to the applicant by the Gram Sevak.
    5 Proof or self-declaration given by the Gramsevak that the applicant woman has not taken advantage of this scheme before.
    6 Proof or self-declaration from the Gram Sevak that the family members of the applicant woman are not in government / semi-government service.
    7 A copy of the applicant’s Aadhaar card.
    8 A copy of the applicant’s bank account.
    9 Copy of electricity bill in case the beneficiary / family has access to electricity supply. A caste certificate is required if the applicant belongs to the female non-scheduled caste category. The project is being funded by the District Rural Development Agency and the district panchayat.

    The Rural Child Development Centre
    SAM VCDC  – Village Child Development Centres (VCDCs) for Severely Acute Malnourished (SAM) children are being run through Energy Dense Nutritious Food (EDNF) as per Government Decision 11.08.2017.

    MAM VCDC – Village Child Development Centres (VCDCs) have been started through Amylase Rich Food (ARF) for MAM children in the district and funds are being provided for this purpose through 10% Gram Panchayat funds, 5% Pesa, public participation as well as under the Adoptive Parents Scheme.

    Raw Cereal Nutrition –
    The beneficiaries in the age group of 6 months to 3 years, severely underweight children, pregnant and lactating mothers and adolescent girls in the age group of 11 to 14 years under SAG Scheme and general beneficiaries in the age group of 3 years to 6 years in Rural / Tribal Projects under Integrated Child Development Services Scheme under Corona Virus Preventive Measures are being provided raw food grains under alternate arrangements under alternate arrangements. These include wheat, rye, barley, oats, rye, barley, millet, sorghum and sugar cane.

    Anganwadi building construction
    The fund for construction of Anganwadi Building Centres will be increased from Rs. 825000 / – instead of Rs. The financial limit for construction of new Anganwadi Centres has been increased to Rs. 11,25,000 / -.
    Details of Anganwadi Centre
    Under the Women and Child Development Department, 3915 Anganwadis are functioning and there are separate buildings for 2472 Anganwadi Centres. 674 Anganwadi Centres are run in private and rented premises. Also, 769 Anganwadi centres are being set up in temples, community centres, gram panchayat buildings and primary schools.
